Please record a video about how you encounter the issues below you have mentioned and in video describe about the desired result about 'I want to adjust the footer bar so that when i type in the main docuement it doeant type under the bar and move onto the next page', and then upload it via Private Message to share with us.

a. When i go to adjust the footer height using the side ruler, the footer moves a lot faster than my cursor.
